Partnership Agreement for The Motion Doctors

We’re thrilled to welcome you to The Motion Doctors Partner Program! This agreement isn’t anything tricky—just a way to ensure we’re all on the same page as we work together. It’s here to protect both of us as we promote our programs. Once signed, you’ll be all set to start sharing our sport-specific workout programs and earning commissions. Thanks for partnering with us!

Program Guidelines

1. About The Motion Doctors Programs
   Our workout programs are designed to improve strength, mobility, and reduce injury risk, but they’re not substitutes for medical care or physical therapy. Please do not market them as physical therapy or make claims that they can heal specific injuries or cure medical conditions.

2. Accurate Representation
   Avoid making any false or misleading claims about the programs. All statements should reflect the information provided by The Motion Doctors to ensure accuracy and consistency.

3. Program Promotion
   You are welcome to introduce the programs in your own words as long as it aligns with The Motion Doctors’ branding and guidelines. You can also use the promotional materials we provide for emails, social media, and other platforms.

4. Non-Compliance
   Misrepresenting the programs or making false claims may result in removal from the partnership program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Independent Contractor Status

1. Independent Contractor
   As a partner, you are classified as an independent contractor, not an employee. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with The Motion Doctors.

2. No Authority to Bind
   You do not have authority to make contracts, agreements, or obligations on behalf of The Motion Doctors.

Commissions and Payment

1. Earning Commissions
   As an independent contractor, you are eligible to receive commissions based on program sales through your unique link. Commissions are paid as outlined in the program terms. If your earnings exceed the IRS threshold, you may receive a 1099 tax form.
