Don’t worry—this isn’t a tricky or threatening document; it’s just a straightforward way to make sure we’re all on the same page as we work together to promote our programs. Once signed, you’ll be all set to start sharing our sport-specific workouts and earning donations for your organization. Thanks for partnering with us!
Program Guidelines

About The Motion Doctors Programs
Our workout programs are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk, but they are not substitutes for medical care or physical therapy. You agree not to market them as physical therapy or claim they treat injuries or medical conditions.

Accurate Representation
Avoid making false or misleading claims about the programs. Stick to the information provided by The Motion Doctors to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Promoting the Programs
You may introduce the programs in your own words as long as it aligns with The Motion Doctors’ branding and guidelines. Promotional materials provided can also be used as-is or adapted to fit your community.

Non-Compliance
Misrepresenting the programs or making false claims may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid donations.
Fundraising Partner Status

Fundraising Partner
As a participant, you are a fundraising partner, not an employee or contractor. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with The Motion Doctors.

No Authority to Bind
You do not have authority to make agreements or contracts on behalf of The Motion Doctors.
Donations and Payments

Donations
Your organization will receive donations based on premium program sales made through your unique link. Donations amount to 25% of sales generated via your link. Please note that sales made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store do not qualify, as tracking is not possible. Donations are processed monthly via PayPal.

Tax Status
Tax-exempt nonprofits generally do not receive a 1099 form. If you are not tax-exempt and your earnings exceed the IRS threshold, you may receive a 1099.
Acknowledgment
By selecting YES, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and want to continue with the fundraising program partnership. Your participation in The Motion Doctors Fundraising Program is contingent upon adherence to these guidelines.
