Weā€™re excited to have you join The Motion Doctors Fundraising Program! This agreement ensures weā€™re aligned as we work together to promote our programs and support your organization. Once you agree, youā€™ll proceed to set up your affiliate account and receive your unique fundraising linkā€”then youā€™ll be ready to start earning donations!
Program Guidelines
About The Motion Doctors Programs
Our workout app and programs are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk but are not a substitute for medical care or physical therapy. You agree not to market them as physical therapy or claim they treat injuries or medical conditions.
Accurate Representation
You agree to avoid false or misleading claims and to promote The Motion Doctors using accurate information provided by us.
Promoting the Programs
You may introduce the programs in your own words, provided they align with The Motion Doctorsā€™ branding. You may also use or adapt our promotional materials.
Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these guidelines, including misrepresenting the programs, may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid donations.
Fundraising Partner Status
Independent Fundraising Partner
By joining, you become a fundraising partner, not an employee or contractor of The Motion Doctors. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
No Authority to Bind The Motion Doctors
You cannot make agreements or commitments on behalf of The Motion Doctors.
Donations & Payments
Your organization will earn 25% of sales made through your unique fundraising link. Sales made directly through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store are not eligible for donations due to tracking limitations.
To ensure donations are credited to your organization, you must share your unique fundraising link to first purchase through our website.Ā Once a purchase is made on our website, customers will receive instructions to download the app from the App Store and access their program.
Payment Processing
Donations are processed monthly via PayPal.
Tax Status
- Tax-exempt nonprofits generally do not receive a 1099 form.
- If you are not tax-exempt and your earnings exceed IRS thresholds, you may receive a 1099.
Acknowledgment
By selecting AGREE, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You will then set up your affiliate account and receive your unique fundraising link to begin promoting The Motion Doctors. Participation is contingent on adherence to these guidelines.
