Once you agree, you’ll proceed to set up your partnership account and receive your unique referral link—then you’ll be ready to start earning commissions!

About The Motion Doctors Programs
Our workout app and programs focus on building strength, improving mobility, and reducing injury risk—but they are not a substitute for medical care or physical therapy. You agree not to market them as physical therapy or claim they treat injuries or medical conditions.
Accurate Representation
You agree to promote The Motion Doctors honestly and ethically, using accurate information provided by us. Misleading claims or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program.
Promoting the Programs
You are encouraged to introduce the programs in your own words, provided they align with The Motion Doctors’ branding. You may also use or adapt official promotional materials provided by us.
Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these guidelines, including misrepresenting the programs, may result in removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Independent Partner
By joining, you become an independent partner, not an employee or contractor of The Motion Doctors. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
No Authority to Bind The Motion Doctors
You cannot make agreements or commitments on behalf of The Motion Doctors.

Earnings
As a partner, you will earn 25% commission on all sales made through your unique referral link. Sales made directly through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store are not eligible for commission due to tracking limitations.
To ensure commissions are credited to you, customers must first purchase through your unique affiliate link on our website. After purchase, they will receive instructions to download the app from the App Store and access their program.
Payment Processing
Commissions are processed monthly via PayPal.

Tax Reporting
If you are not tax-exempt and your earnings exceed IRS thresholds, you may receive a 1099 form for tax reporting.
It is your responsibility to comply with local tax regulations regarding affiliate earnings.
